Are you an experienced Claims Specialist looking for an exciting new opportunity? We are looking for a talented individual with demonstrable knowledge and understanding of the UK life, critical illness and health protection insurance sector and strong customer service skills to manage Life, Critical Illness, and/or disability claims.
What does a Claims Specialist do?
As a Claims Specialist, you'll manage Life, Critical Illness, and/or Disability claims, making key decisions and providing excellent customer support through our HALO claims service, ensuring compliance with industry standards and UK regulations while managing and enhancing our customers' experience addressing each case with precision and empathy.
